Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms govern your use of the Megapari platform and all services offered through it. By creating an account or placing a bet, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use Megapari.
01 Definitions
To make these Terms and Conditions clear and consistent throughout, the following terms carry specific meanings wherever they appear:

| PKR | Pakistani Rupees — the currency in which all Megapari transactions are conducted. |
02 Account Registration
To access Megapari's sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other products, you must first register a player account. By completing registration you confirm the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
- All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — is accurate, complete, and genuinely your own.
- You are registering one account only. Megapari permits one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
- You are not registering on behalf of any other person, and you are not acting as an agent for a third party.
- You will keep your registration details up to date. Changes must be reported to Megapari customer support promptly.
Megapari reserves the right to require age and identity verification at any point. If verification cannot be completed, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until the process is concluded satisfactorily.
Account Closure by Player
You may close your Megapari account at any time by contacting customer support at support@megapari-jit.com. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
03 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your Megapari account login credentials — username, password, and any linked mobile number — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. Megapari will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Megapari support immediately via live chat or email.
- Megapari will not be held responsible for losses or actions resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity — including bets placed — that occurs on your account using your credentials, whether by you or a third party.
- Do not use public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices to access your Megapari account without ensuring your session is properly logged out.
Megapari will never contact you by phone, email, or message asking for your account password. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on Megapari are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Megapari does not handle foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no upper limit on deposits beyond what individual payment providers impose on their own products.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account belonging to another person — are prohibited.
- Megapari accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Availability of methods may vary over time.
- Deposit funds are credited to your Megapari balance immediately or within the processing time stated by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your Megapari account. Cross-account withdrawals are not permitted.
- Before your first withdrawal, Megapari may request KYC documentation — a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. This is standard process and is required to protect all players from fraud.
- Withdrawals will not be processed while active verification requests are outstanding.
- Real-money funds are withdrawable at any time subject to verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms before becoming withdrawable.
- Megapari aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Megapari reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected during review.
Megapari does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please confirm your provider's applicable fees before transacting.
05 Betting Rules
By placing a bet on any Megapari sports market, you accept the following rules governing how bets are placed, accepted, and settled.
Placing Bets
- A bet is only accepted once Megapari has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet should not be considered placed.
- Minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
- Megapari reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator. The maximum payout per bet is displayed on the betslip and may be changed with notice.
- Odds are displayed in decimal format. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent changes.
Bet Settlement
- Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body or league. In the event of a dispute, Megapari's decision on settlement — based on available official data — is final.
- If an event is abandoned or void before the market's settlement point is reached, bets on that market are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific voiding rules are listed in the relevant sport's betting rules.
- Errors in odds — whether due to technical fault, human error, or data feed issues — may result in bets being voided. Megapari will notify affected players if this occurs.
- Winnings are settled to your Megapari balance immediately when results are confirmed.
Live (In-Play) Betting
Live betting markets on Megapari update in real time during events. All in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow odds to be refreshed. Megapari may suspend any in-play market at any time without notice. A bet placed before a notable event in a match — such as a goal — may be accepted after that event if the odds have not yet updated; Megapari will void such bets where the odds would have been materially different had the event been reflected.
06 Casino Games
Megapari offers a range of casino games including live dealer table games, slot games, and virtual sports. The following conditions apply to all casino activity on the platform.
- All RNG-based casino games — including slots, virtual sports, and digital table games — use independently certified random number generators. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
- Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers and physical equipment. Megapari is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Each casino game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Megapari does not guarantee any individual session outcome — RTP figures are statistical averages calculated over a very large number of rounds.
- Game malfunctions — whether in RNG games or live streams — void all plays affected. Stakes will be returned where a malfunction is confirmed. Megapari's technical team investigation findings are final in determining whether a malfunction occurred.
- Attempting to exploit game bugs, using software to automate play, or employing prohibited strategies constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
07 Bonuses and Promotions
Megapari offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to the general conditions below.
- Welcome Bonus: New players who make a first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically on the first deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the offer terms.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer details.
- Validity Period: Bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by the offer terms.
- Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting between accounts, or any other strategy to exploit bonus offers constitutes abuse and will result in bonuses being voided and accounts closed.

08 Responsible Gaming
Megapari is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity and encourages anyone who feels their gambling may be becoming harmful to use them without hesitation.
Tools Available to All Players
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and an increase does not take effect until a cooling-off period has passed.
- Session Time Reminders: Set time reminders that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a period of self-exclusion — from 1 week to permanent — at any time. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

09 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Megapari and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or funding your account with proceeds from fraud or other unlawful activity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome or payouts of any game or betting market.
- Using any software tool, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Megapari platform or place bets without genuine manual decision-making.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — whether in odds, casino games, or platform functionality — to generate unfair gains.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or otherwise using Megapari for any purpose connected with financial crime.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Megapari staff or other players through any communication channel.
Megapari monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the affected account will be suspended immediately without prior notice and the matter may be escalated to relevant financial crime authorities.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Megapari platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, text, game content, odds data, and software — is the property of Megapari or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Megapari content without express written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Megapari platform.
- The Megapari brand name, logo, and all associated marks are protected and may not be used in any context without authorisation.
- Third-party game content featured on Megapari is the property of the respective software providers and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with Megapari.
11 Limitation of Liability
Megapari provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any specific game, market, or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Megapari is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your inability to access it.
- Megapari is not responsible for technical issues — including server outages, internet disruptions, or device compatibility problems — that prevent you from accessing the platform or placing a bet before a market closes.
- Where a technical error results in an incorrect bet being accepted or an incorrect payout being made, Megapari reserves the right to correct the error. This may include recovering funds incorrectly credited to your account.
- Nothing in these terms limits Megapari's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
12 Amendments to These Terms
Megapari reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided by email to your registered address or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of Megapari after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms take effect.

13 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of Megapari, shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the platform's operations. Megapari will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a player fairly and promptly.
How to Raise a Dispute

- Megapari will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days.

All communication regarding disputes should be conducted in good faith. Threatening or abusive language will not be accepted and may affect Megapari's ability to assist.
